1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 520ph (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating under the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity Requirements

To register an account and use 520ph services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• Be a resident of the Philippines or be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and gameplay;
• Not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order;

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating a 520ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and valid Philippine government-issued identification. You must verify your identity by submitting copies of acceptable identification documents, which may include a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, postal ID, national ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete identity verification may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account with 520ph. Creating multiple accounts, operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 520ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. 520ph employs industry-standard security measures to protect your account, including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and continuous monitoring for suspicious activity. However, you acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks, and 520ph cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to use strong passwords, enable available security features, and take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

520ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All financial transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name and under your legal ownership. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Terms and Conditions

The minimum deposit amount for 520ph is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods or promotional offers. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but daily, weekly, or monthly limits may apply based on your account status, payment method, or as required by anti-money laundering regulations. 520ph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate transactions, or as required by law. Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. If 520ph suspects that deposits are being made for purposes other than legitimate gaming (such as money laundering or fraudulent activity), we reserve the right to freeze the account, report the activity to relevant authorities, and confiscate funds pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

Players may withdraw funds from their 520ph account at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) account verification must be completed; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses must be met; (c) the withdrawal method must match a verified deposit method; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of PHP 100.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10-15 minutes; bank transfers within 1-2 hours; and cryptocurrency within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times. VIP members enjoy priority processing with reduced waiting times. 520ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawals, suspicious activity, or as required by anti-money laundering protocols, which may extend processing times.

Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account level and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to PHP 500,000 per day and PHP 2,000,000 per month. VIP members enjoy higher limits as specified in their VIP tier benefits. 520ph reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time in compliance with regulatory requirements or platform policies.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

520ph offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance player experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new and existing players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.

Bonuses are intended for recreational gaming and may not be withdrawn immediately. All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and must be completed within the specified timeframe, typically 30 days from the date the bonus was credited unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Wagering Contributions

Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward requirements, meaning a PHP 100 bet counts as PHP 100 toward clearing the requirement. Table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute less (typically 10-20%). Live casino games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may have reduced contribution rates or be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. 4.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

520ph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay; (c) colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; (d) any fraudulent or deceptive conduct related to bonuses.

Players may forfeit active bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Upon forfeiture, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be removed from the account, and only the original deposited funds (if any) will remain.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

All games offered on 520ph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Our RNG-based games are tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to verify compliance with industry standards for randomness and fairness. 5.3 Disconnection and Technical Issues

In the event of disconnection during gameplay, 520ph will make reasonable efforts to complete the game round according to its natural outcome. For RNG-based games, the game result is determined at the time the bet is placed, and disconnection does not affect the outcome. For live casino games, the dealer will complete the round as normal, and your bet will be settled according to the actual result. You may view completed game results in your account history.

If a technical malfunction causes a game to behave incorrectly or display incorrect information, 520ph reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. In such cases, all affected players will be notified, and accounts will be credited with refunded amounts. 520ph's liability for technical malfunctions is limited to refunding affected bets and does not extend to loss of potential winnings or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 520ph platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and trademarks, is the property of 520ph or our licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The "520ph" name, logo, and all related branding are registered trademarks owned by the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 520ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from 520ph without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 520ph and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The 520ph platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the platform at your own risk.

In no event shall 520ph's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

520ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we determine that: (a) you have violated these Terms or any other policy; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false information during registration or verification; (d) your account poses a security risk to the platform or other users; or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 520ph. Bonus funds, pending bonuses, and loyalty points will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all withdrawable funds and settle any outstanding obligations. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to return to 520ph, you must create a new account subject to these Terms and our eligibility requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

520ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting players who may be at risk of problem gambling. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through 520ph's internal complaint resolution process by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or pursue legal remedies through the Philippine court system.
